Request for assistance

Don't know if I'm the only one, but I bought a Flexispy licence one month ago, tried to open numerous tickets, tried to reset the password for the ticket system, but till now I didn't get any response.

The phone stopped to upload any data since 08 of august besides whatsapp messages and the positions (the positions were uploaded but they refer always to the last position of 08/08/2017 without any changes)

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

After looking into your concerns we found that all of your support tickets have been answered and responded to in a timely manner and that you have since had additional conversations with our team to resolve any outstanding password issues. 

With regard to Whatsapp and positioning, we understand there can be frustrations as IM programs are updated quite often. Our team is always working to ensure the latest versions are supported by our software. I spoke to our technical team and they noted that both your Whatsapp and GPS positioning data were uploaded at midnight (your time).

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please submit a separate support ticket to support.flexispy.com detailing your situation and one of our technical specialists will be happy to assist you!

Thank you for your answer, after some days flexispy uploaded again all the data. I was suggested to use the command from the dashboard but I was in holiday and didn't do nothing at all. The data however started again to upload from the phone to the server spontaneously....don't know what's happened.

The tech support didn't help me to solve another problem: can't erase the password for the ticket system: support.flexispy.com. I've tried many times without any luck.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

We are happy to hear your data is uploading again! If you do experience these difficulties in the future, you can follow the instructions given to you by Support.

With regard to your login information for support.flexispy.com, I spoke with our Support Team and your password has been successfully reset. I sent you a message with your updated details which you can now use for logging in.

Another tip: Our Support Team works to respond to support tickets within 24 hours. If you aren't seeing answers to your questions via email, we recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder as sometimes they are sent there. You can also view all support ticket responses in your support.flexispy.com account, as you know :)

Thank you for your prompt reply!
As you have confirmed, password has been reset and now I can log into the support system and see all the previously tickets :)
Hope with the help of the support team I can reconnect the phone with the server again.

Thanks to Nathan's help and the guys of the assistance I've solved all my issues. Password of the support system set up, phone reconnected to the server! Data uploaded regularly!
