Revenge21
I am experience the target device GPS when you look up locations it shows the ping dot and a number. I am not sure if it can be this inaccurate but I know the device will be in an a building with internet sometimes and it will show that they are about .1 miles away from where they are most of the time. It is happening alot lately. The user will screen shot where they are and it will say that day they where a mile away.
MarkM
Hello, FlexiSPY uses the GPS System of the Target Device itself. The accuracy of the captures will be dependent on the accuracy of the system. If you can have physical access to the target device, disable and re-enable the GPS toggle option -> connect to a stable internet -> Login to your portal -> Data -> Locations -> GPS Tools -> Get Current Location -> Get Current Location Now. This should capture accurate Location of the target device. However, if you are still experiencing any issue with GPS, kindly raise a ticket from inside your portal. You can consider using Wi-Fi positioning or cellular triangulation for more accurate indoor location data. Some apps or services combine GPS with these technologies to improve accuracy. Revenge21
Yes its strange I noticed yesterday, I am curious if it's because they share 2 different gmail accounts with me on Google. Sometimes the maps they are using is under one of those accounts. Sometimes the other account shows up as where I am located which is 40 mins away. I went and looked at various times and I kept hitting refresh on google maps on their location and it was saying "Just Now" on the side of the highway where they pass to get to work for like 3 hours! They where insdie their workplace for that amount of time and on cellular network only. Now I noticed this on days they where on wifi of the work place it was saying they where sporadically all over withing .1 mile of their location and they where at an intersection for 3 or 4 hours.. Then someday the locations in Flexispy is all dotted and pinged at the work location every 10 mins it updates. I noticed days they had sent a pic of theri computer and the time matched they where st that location but flexispy pinged they where at another location.. So i am wondering if it messes up? Are they doing something to cause it to be like that? At home, it's never like that... I only started noticing this at the end of july... A few days then, and in August, and september... Generally it's accurate... But I feel that one day they didn't even pass this store and it pinged them there in the am and in the pm... They where clearly at work... i just wsnt to know why it would cause that.. When the target phone is on wifi mostly and it had done it connected to cellular.. There is a small airport near by? So I am unsure.. i just want to confirm it's all correct is all.. Thanks!
Revenge21
I am not sure but I feel it's the person is changing some setting in their phone. I want to test it out and I knoenthey won't admit to doing so. They have been building it up that the service is strange at their place of work and it is but it never had done this before... When they are at the house all weekend it never does this! I am wondering if they are closing the locstion accuracy on their settings so when they are connected to wifi and have accuracy off it can make it jump around the same coordiance. For example: I will get on google maps and refresh it, it will say they are McDonald's, when I knownthey are at work like 800 feet away, then refresh again it will show they are at the Giant eagle down the road about .2 miles, then refresh again they are ba k at the mcdonalds. Then they go to lunch and it's accurate... They are trying to say it's messed up and don't know what it is... So when flexispy gets the reading its getting it off of google maps.... The .1-mile discrepancy you’re noticing could be due to GPS signal interference, often worsened when indoors or if the device is relying on Wi-Fi rather than a direct GPS connection. Encouraging the user to go outdoors and ensure they’re in an open space can help improve accuracy. If it continues, restarting the device or updating the GPS app may also resolve persistent inaccuracies.
