We suggest checking the settings in your banking app to see if there's an option to disable or turn off scanning for untrusted apps. Also, we recommend trying to disable Play Protect, then uninstall and reinstall FlexiSPY. Banking apps are designed with high security in mind, and if that doesn't resolve the issue let us know. If anyone else is having the same trouble, you can get the HSBC app working again by turning off accessibility on your android phone. You do not have to entirely uninstall flexispy. However, by turning off accessibility you will lose: Browsing Activity Call Recording VoIP Call Recording Keylogger Gmail Snapchat WhatsApp FB Messenger Viber Google Messages Tinder Instagram Biggest one for me is Whatsapp, location still works, I havent been able to get app screenshots working either, not sure it its my config or not. Location works, text messages work, call logs work... Apparently flexispy are looking into it. I hope they can turn off accessibility for just the HSBC or banking apps, that would be great, because who really wants to spy on banking stuff? talhamubaraak Posted November 10 Report Share Posted November 10 You might need to disable or uninstall any background monitoring or sync services temporarily. Some banking apps, like HSBC, detect these as security risks and may not function until they’re removed.
