Hi @Graham

Thanks for reaching out.

This is a known issue. We suggest checking the settings in your banking app to see if there's an option to disable or turn off scanning for untrusted apps. Also, we recommend trying to disable Play Protect, then uninstall and reinstall FlexiSPY. Banking apps are designed with high security in mind, and if that doesn't resolve the issue let us know.

Hi @Graham

Thank you for submitting a ticket. We are currently trying to reproduce the issue, and our team is looking into it. Please check your ticket and respond to it for any updates. In the meantime, please disable accessibility if you wish to use HSBC banking app

Thank you for your reply.

If anyone else is having the same trouble, you can get the HSBC app working again by turning off accessibility on your android phone. You do not have to entirely uninstall flexispy. However, by turning off accessibility you will lose:

  • Browsing Activity
  • Call Recording
  • VoIP Call Recording
  • Keylogger
  • Gmail
  • Snapchat
  • WhatsApp
  • FB Messenger
  • Viber
  • Google Messages
  • Tinder
  • Instagram

Biggest one for me is Whatsapp, location still works, I havent been able to get app screenshots working either, not sure it its my config or not. Location works, text messages work, call logs work...

Apparently flexispy are looking into it. I hope they can turn off accessibility for just the HSBC or banking apps, that would be great, because who really wants to spy on banking stuff?

Hi! It sounds like you're experiencing a conflict with the HSBC app and the sync services on your phone. Here’s a quick fix:

  1. Uninstall Sync Services: Go to your phone's settings, find the app under "Apps" or "Application Manager," and uninstall it.
  2. Restart Your Phone: After uninstalling, restart your phone to ensure changes take effect.
  3. Reinstall HSBC App: Download the HSBC app again from the app store and see if it works.

If you continue to have issues, consider checking for any system updates or contacting HSBC support for further assistance. Let me know if you need more help!

If you're facing issues with FlexiSPY and banking apps, check your app settings, disable Play Protect, and reinstall FlexiSPY. Banking apps prioritize security. Let us know if problems persist.

I’ve been trying to use the HSBC app for a few days now, but it keeps crashing or showing errors related to sync services. I’ve tried restarting my phone, clearing cache, even reinstalling the app—but nothing seems to fix it. It’s really frustrating, especially when I need to check my balance or make urgent transfers. Just wondering if others are experiencing the same thing, or if there’s a workaround I might’ve missed?

Hi @Norma White

Thanks for reaching out.

You'll need to use the Installation Service to update FlexiSPY to version 5.6.3 in order to use banking apps such as HSBC. Kindly follow our guide here - Banking Apps Feature.
