Graham
Using Samsung S10+ Android 12 Non Rooted, Version 4.25.2 of Flexispy. Got this error popping up on the target phone, and the user screenshotted it! This is not very good, I thought sync services was supposed to be hidden! - Also still getting the Sync Services is not responding message popping up after several years of the same problem on different phones. What Would cause this error please? Can it be fixed? - I have disabled the App screenshots for now, because its obviously this that's causing the problem. Please advise Thanks Graham

Nathanael
There are actually many phone features designed but if you don't pay attention you won't know how to implement them. It's great to experience other functions. Useful support information. geometry dash lite

I have the same after restart the device Hi @yelazu This is a known indicator that appears when using the App Screenshot feature. Once it has been initially suppressed, it may reappear after a device restart. In order to suppress this indicator again, you will need to use our Installation Service. If you have an Installation Warranty, you can contact our Install Team directly to get assistance. However, if you do not, you can purchase an Installation Service here. For more information, kindly refer to our Android Indicators guide.

Additionally, we highly advise you to raise a ticket from inside your portal as this will help us with the information required to assist you. Hi @yelazu As stated previously, to use the App Screenshot feature and suppress the indicator, you will need to use the Installation Service. Read Suppressible Indicators guide. Also, please note that once the indicator is suppressed, it may reappear after a device restart. This is the current limitation for this feature. Thanks for understanding. Hi @yelazu Thank you for providing the details. Here are our findings: 1. 4502522236 - rooted binary (advanced mode) is installed on the target device. There should be no indicator and App Screenshot feature should work great 2. 74281238571 - non root binary (normal mode) is installed on the target device. This will require Installation Service to suppress the indicator when using the App Screenshot feature. Upon checking, it appears that the target device is running Android 10. While this version can be rooted and have the rooted binary installed, there are some limitations associated with Android 10. Please see the details here. You can also reach out to our Install Team to get advice on what will work best on your target device. Hope this helps!

Hi @yelazu To clarify, the indicators when using the App Screenshot feature on non-root binary 1. Message dialog - (can be suppressed by Install Team - should not reappear after restart) 2. API Icon in notification bar - (can be suppressed by Install Team - may reappear after device restart) However, if you wish to install the root binary, please contact our Install Team to confirm if your device supports it.
