I was going to buy a FlexiSPY EXPRESS phone but they said they can't guarantee it will work even though it has this statement "Another solution is to purchase a FlexiSPY EXPRESS phone , which is certified to work with our features, and these are available at very reasonable costs." Please tell us what you are using, where call recording in both directions work would be greatly appreciated.

It is dependent on multiple factors (type of device, type of chipset in use, type of android version, etc). Firstly, if Call Recording is not working, we suggest testing with different audio recording sources and see which one works best for your device. Follow the steps here. FlexiSPY EXPRESS seems like a convenient option, but it's disappointing they can't guarantee call recording functionality.
