Guest Ian Posted March 25, 2015 Report Share Posted March 25, 2015 Please submit a support ticket to us at http://support.flexispy.comand include a diagnostic report as well (you send a diagnostic report SMS command from your own phone to the TARGET device, see your online portal at Help > Reference Manuals > Control Center Commands for a complete list).
