taurusmale Posted February 20, 2015 Report Share Posted February 20, 2015 My logs stopped updating since 13/2/2014. Live Support is offline!!. Posted in the forum.... No help!! Submitted ticket... Got a reply saying...."We do apologize for the inconvenience. We had a minor server issue last week and it has been resolved now. Do you think you can restart the phone physically? If yes, let us know so we can push the command from our end to reactivate the account and will connect the target to the internet" And asking me to restart the phone so that they will push a command from server. Now i have done that (Restarted the phone) and left 3 messsages on the support site in last 2 days. Again no response...If you guys ask us to submit ticket, atleast ensure that you answer them.Ticket No. #HTU-911-23830 Link to comment
