Whats the point in having a Live Chat facilty when it is OFFLINE most of the time. I have hardly ever seen the Live Chat online. Terrible.... really Link to comment

Submitting a ticket allows you to be more thorough and more technical in contacting us and describing any issues you have and you can also attach screenshots and such as evidence for a speedy resolution. Please understand also that right now FlexiSPY support does not operate on Sundays so it may be that, due to the time difference between you and us, what you saw as Saturday was in fact, for us, Sunday which is why we were offline. If live chat is ever offline please leave us a ticket instead and we will respond to it as soon as we can. Link to comment
