popolon Posted February 8, 2015 Report Share Posted February 8, 2015 I currently have premium package but am considering to upgrade to extreme for call recording and ambient recording. But from reading all the posts, it seems like this requires for me to send sms to the target phone to get it activated. But is it possible to be set on the online portal? Such as this: i want to record ambient from 3pm to 4pm and can I have that done online rather than sending sms? Please advice. Thanks!! Link to comment

At this time ambient recording cannot be scheduled so this means you cannot set times and dates specifically to record. You can however, from your online portal, specify the duration only to record ambient recordings and this is from 5 - 60 minutes. Link to comment
