We appreciate your feedback about WhatsApp Business support. While WhatsApp is supported, we understand that many users, especially small business owners, are switching to WhatsApp Business for its additional features. However, as you've pointed out, this switch can lead to issues such as the loss of VOIP call recordings and IMS data. Given that WhatsApp Business is essentially the same app with a few extra functions, we will consider your suggestion to extend support to this version as well. We understand how important it is in today's business landscape, and we’ll look into the possibility of adding support in the future. Kind regards, Henrich
