Getting Support

FlexiSPY is committed to providing an open exchange of information and the experience of other users. These forums are monitored and neutrally managed as an extension of FlexiSPY Support, who may participate in discussions when beneficial. We encourage people to assist each other in answering questions and solving problems, however it is important to realize that the forums are NOT an official support channel.

For help with specific issues please visit http://support.flexispy.com where you'll find helpful trouble-shooting tips and many Knowledge Base articles. Do a search, as there's a good chance we have an article to answer most of your questions. If you still need help, our Ticketing System is the only way of getting in touch with official FlexiSPY Customer Support.

Fair Use

Some areas are open to the public while others are for customers only. We will moderate all areas fairly. We welcome open discussion in an appropriate context, as long as its honest and accurate, in the true interest of the community and not commercially motivated. However we are highly responsive to unfair and unwarranted criticism or the blatant use of our forums for commercial attack.

You may use your profile fields any way you like, but please do not splash advertising links throughout your profile and signature line unless you yourself are the owner of the domain. Links in message titles are not allowed, and messages posted for the sole purpose of advertising either your services or someone else's will be considered spam. It is okay to put links in your messages if these are informative and directly relevant to a discussion.

Privacy

Your email address and profile is not public unless you so choose, and we will never divulge your personal information to any outside source for any reason, except in the extreme event of court order or legal action arising from any message posted by yourself.

Responsibilities

Although users are allowed to pick their usernames, inappropriate usernames will be rejected and the account will be immediately deleted. Creating multiple identities or impersonating others will result in the termination of your account. Discussion may become heated as long as you remain civil. Any direct threats posted or e-mailed to administrators, webmasters or other members of this board may be turned over to authorities.

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. Users should be particularly wary of legal or other professional advice and recognize that it is not a substitute for consultation with a competent professional.

All messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the FlexiSPY corporation, its staff, entities or affiliates. FlexiSPY staff members who participate in discussions may at times choose to express individual views which do not necessarily represent the company as a whole.

By entering, viewing or posting on this message board, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, the makers of the message board software, FlexiSPY Inc., flexispy.com, its agents, employees and affiliated companies, from any legal action resulting from any post on this message board. As the author of a post, you agree to hold yourself, and only yourself, responsible for any repercussions and legal actions resulting from your post.

Any user who feels that posted content is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. The Administrators and Moderators reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit strongly objectionable material within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that such removal is necessary. We also reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever, at any time.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this medium to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of legal privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.

Copyright and Disclaimer

You agree not to post copyrighted material without express permission, unless the copyright is owned by you or by flexispy.com. Unless otherwise stated, all posted material not retaining a previous copyright is granted by the submitter world-wide royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and/or incorporate the Content (in whole or part) worldwide in other works in any form. You further represent and warrant that all material and content you post at the FlexiSPY domain does not infringe or violate the copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property right or any other of any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for all content material that you post at this site and further agree to indemnify and defend FlexiSPY from all claims, including attorneys fees, resulting from any breach of such warranty. Subject to this grant, the owner of Content placed on the flexispy.com message boards retains any and all rights which may exist in such context.

What does this copyright section mean?
We are simply protecting ourselves from those who may wish to sue FlexiSPY if a poster submits content which is protected material on our web site or message boards. We do this by requiring the poster to grant use of the material, and to state he has the right to do so. FlexiSPY does not claim to exclusively own anything a poster submits, but may choose to anonymously quote certain sections in other places.

IP addresses are logged. Serious or repeat offenders of these terms may be banned at the administrators discretion.

These terms may change without notice, and may be reviewed at any time from the "Board Guidelines" link at top right of all pages.
