  2. FlexiSPY has released an update to FlexiSPY for Blackberry Extreme, version 1.4.1, available now for customer download. FlexiSPY for Blackberry Extreme ver. 1.4.1 introduces the following changes: UPDATE - Remote Settings Improvement In certain cases remote commands sent from the Dashboard to change application settings might fail in previous versions. The current update addresses and corrects this issue. THIS UPDATE IS ONLY FOR FLEXISPY BLACKBERRY EXTREME CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER FLEXISPY PRODUCT OR MOBILE OPERATING PLATFORM. Who should install this version: Customers experiencing problems with the phone connecting to the server but not syncing with new settings changes (Control Center / Change Application Settings) should follow the instructions below to install this update. How to install this version: All installations including reinstallations and software updates must be performed directly from the Target phone itself, and cannot be done remotely. Note that it is not currently possible to download your existing logs. Following the steps below to Deactivate will clear all existing logs. It is not possible to reinstall the latest version of FlexiSPY on top of a previous version. To make sure you are running this latest version, you must first fully deactivate and uninstall your current version. Assuming you have a previous version installed and already activated, perform the following steps: Get the Target phone in your hands and with Internet access available Send an SMS manually, from any other mobile containing only and exactly this text as the message body: <*#200><your-license-code> In case your product is installed but already deactivated, send only: <*#200> You should receive a confirmation by reply SMS Login to your online account Dashboard. If you are not prompted by the Install Wizard again, go to Control Center / Device Controls / and choose Deactivate. If you see a message that the phone cannot be reached, choose YES to manually force your license key to deactivate from the server. Now you should see the Install Wizard again. We know our customers have been patiently waiting for this and we are pleased to announce that our software is now fully iOS 6 compatible providing that the TARGET phone is running iOS 6.x – 6.1.2 only and has been jailbroken. Unfortunately any iPhone running iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 (iPhone 5 only) cannot be jailbroken and you also cannot downgrade to an earlier compatible iOS version either and so sadly this means our software cannot be installed. Therefore we urge all customers to check the iOS version of their TARGET phone before purchase to ensure compatibility. You can do this by getting the TARGET phone in hand and performing the following steps. Click Settings. Click General. Click About. Click Version. You can only jailbreak an iPhone running iOS 6.x – 6.1.2 which means that our software is fully compatible with jailbroken iPhone’s running iOS 6.x 6.1.2 only. The compatible jailbreak software for iOS 6.x – 6.1.2 can be found here and you will require the TARGET phone in hand and a PC or Mac to perform the jailbreak – http://www.evasi0n.com As mentioned, you cannot jailbreak iOS 6.1.3 or above and it will never happen.   11. For all those who've been anxiously awaiting FlexiSPY's support of iOS 6, we are very excited to give you an update! Although we cannot yet release FlexiSPY for iOS 6 devices, the good news is that we've already been testing FlexiSPY with a tethered version of the iOS 6 jailbreak, and making updates accordingly. For those who aren't aware, a tethered jailbreak is temporary in that when the phone is turned off or if the battery dies, it will turn back on un-jailbroken and all jailbroken software will have been lost. This would include FlexiSPY and anything else installed as a jailbroken Cydia source. Therefore tethered jailbreaking is not reliable and can't be supported. The jailbreaking world has been eagerly awaiting a final jailbreak for the iPhone 5, or any model that's been upgraded to iOS 6. Likewise, we are excited that an official final jailbreak for iOS 6 has finally been released by the Evasi0n team, our hats off to them! We are still making important compatibility updates for the untethered iOS 6 jailbreak, including iPhone 5 models. However you can look forward to an upcoming release of FlexiSPY for iOS 6 in the very near future! Please check our Support center for important announcements forthcoming. IPHONE CUSTOMERS - DO NOT UPGRADE TO iOS6 YET Apple has released an update to it's iPhone called iOS 6 – be aware that upgrading to iOS 6 will remove all third party applications, including FlexiSPY. Currently there is no jailbreak possible for iOS 6, and if you upgrade you will not be able to reinstall FlexiSPY until a jailbreak for iOS6 becomes available and our software has been tested for compatibility. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not upgrade until FlexiSPY supports iOS 6 and a full jailbreaking option is available. There are other good reasons not to upgrade including the fact that you will lose Google Maps which has been replaced by the seriously inferior Apple Maps, and there are many reports of battery life problems with the upgrade. On TARGET phones still running OS 5.x you may wish to install RecoveryGuard through the BigBoss Cydia repository. RecoveryGuard tricks the TARGET phone into thinking your current iOS 5.x is the latest version available, so that when a software update check is performed it will not upgrade to iOS 6.   30. I paid to have Flexispy installed on my phone too and to have it rooted. Its important to know, before you book this, it is not done by Flexispy, just some third party company and they just dont really care, they want to put it on your phone as fast as possible and dont care after that. In the end I fixed all their mistakes myself (luckily I have done this before) - Putting Flexispy (or any other tracking program) onto a phone is not for the faint hearted. Don't expect it to work first time, you need to spend a couple of weeks tweaking things before it works, its a steep learning curve, theres lots to learn and ready about, finding it is the problem!! I am having the same problem with photos and whatsapp messages out of order - (Not ordered by date) - not sure why, it always worked before on the previous phone... I guess its something support have to fix. Unfortunately the developers spend a bit too much time adding new features (most of which are useless) and not enough time fixing those that are already there. Its also virtually impossible to get past the support guys and get a message to the deveopers. I gave up after 12 months of trying. Flexispy is definitely one of the best out there, but you have to be patient.... they will resolve everything in the end.

  34. Hi , i would like to address a big issue with the Galaxy S 5 running a Version 5.0 . Uploads are from 2% to 0% allthough connection is being established with the servers . Before switching to the Galaxy S 5 i have asked via mail support to confirm they can support the device , they replied that its no problem and that i can proceed . That was Aprl 7th !! Today April 24 i have 2% of Updates , even with the server problems and updates an a Galaxy S3 and S4 i have 60% to 70% updates and services . Supports asks me everytime if the Target is connected in the Internet all the time ! Of Course it is ......having a 4G connection and WIFI most of the day .....and Full Rooted !! I have done two fresh installations since April 7th with Zero Results so far only Call Bugging being working ! So one feature is working on my Yearly Extreme account for 3 weeks now !! So they question is what to do now ?? Will be there a new update on the software or is just the Servers Problems ? Today April 24 is the day that Servers upgrades and maintanance will be Complete according to the Login Portal Notification .........Hope tomorrow April 25 all will be back to normal . Best Regards

  39. I have been a loyal customer for many years. My software stopped working about a month ago. I've re installed about 12 times and tried all the hoops that I have been instructed. Finally had hope for the 4.1.1 newest version and lasted about 8 hours and disconnected again. I am hoping there is a solution and if not the refund policy is not a very good one. It's not cheap software and you're paying for no advancement in figuring out how to work around google, just frustrating...

  41. I am running in full mode and have found ambient recording to be hit and miss. I try to time it to pick up certain conversations but it will look like it hasn't captured anything and then all of a sudden the next day, a recording shows up under my data. This software has been installed since December 2016 but I am still struggling with ambient recordings. Then I try to get 60 mins and it comes back with only 18 minutes of recording time and other times it doesn't send me anything at all. I think it's just one of those things, honestly. It's hit or miss on that unfortunately. Even when the phone is idle I have this issue and I can't figure it out either. Talking with others I have come tot he conclusion that ambient recording is not 100 percent reliable.

  43. 2 month ago, after i subscribed to your service i noticed 2 things with Flexispy. First it cannot run in full mode on a Samsung s3 4.3 with a full rooted phone. Flexispy could only run in limited mode. Second if a target phone install norton mobile security, its gets blocked and you loose all monitoring. Today i come back to find out if: Is Samsung Galaxy S3 4.3 now supported in full mode? Is flexispy not detected anymore by norton mobile security?
