Not if you send thru the portal - Click Help - device settings - device controls - restart device. The target phone will simply restart with no message or explanation.
Also you should change your title to java error or something. This isn't a server not connecting problem.
I get those too sometimes & they tend to come in clusters like yours. Everything else works fine. A restart fixes it usually. Luckily you should be able to use the restart command from the portal & not have to do it manually.
