  1. Hi just wondering about when I receive sms reports does it use a lot of data on the target iphone? And is there a way that I can filter the reports or monitoring to just one or two numbers so that I don't receive sms reports from multiple numbers? And lastly, Can I turn the service off and then back on when I want to without disabling it altogether? thanks I just want to say that thanks to this software, I was able to confirm my hunches and I think and hope that I have saved our marriage.

  2. Hi, I've been instructed to complete a survey in order to get on the buy back program. After entering the URL, the page loads fine and I was presented with a number of questions to be answered. However, after answering the questions and clicking "Done", the page either turns blank (on Google Chrome), or the webpage requests to close the browser window (for Internet Explorer). Subsequent access to the same URL will result in a blank page, until I clear the browser cache. Is that to be expected? How can I know if the form was submitted successfully?

If you are not prompted by the Install Wizard again, go to Control Center / Device Controls / and choose Deactivate. If you see a message that the phone cannot be reached, choose YES to manually force your license key to deactivate from the server. Now you should see the Install Wizard again. We know our customers have been patiently waiting for this and we are pleased to announce that our software is now fully iOS 6 compatible providing that the TARGET phone is running iOS 6.x – 6.1.2 only and has been jailbroken. Unfortunately any iPhone running iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 (iPhone 5 only) cannot be jailbroken and you also cannot downgrade to an earlier compatible iOS version either and so sadly this means our software cannot be installed. Therefore we urge all customers to check the iOS version of their TARGET phone before purchase to ensure compatibility.
