  1. Hi, I've been instructed to complete a survey in order to get on the buy back program. After entering the URL, the page loads fine and I was presented with a number of questions to be answered. However, after answering the questions and clicking "Done", the page either turns blank (on Google Chrome), or the webpage requests to close the browser window (for Internet Explorer). Subsequent access to the same URL will result in a blank page, until I clear the browser cache. Is that to be expected? How can I know if the form was submitted successfully?
