During this time all server data will remain secured and all currently active software installations will continue capturing and fully operating as usual, however the servers will not be available for reporting data or logging into your account until after the maintenance period ends. Please be patient and allow a few hours for your captured data to begin appearing in your account after the maintenance period (according to your regular report timer settings). FlexiSPY will be performing a planned upgrade to our Support Center and Community web sites only, on: Sunday, October 14, 2012 - 3:00 am – 7:00 am (Europe, GMT) or: Saturday, October 13, 2012 - 10:00pm – Sunday, October 14, 2012 - 02:00am (USA CST and GMT -5). Times posted are estimates. Normal Support Center operation may return sooner than posted. Please note this ONLY affects the FlexiSPY Support Center at http://support.flexispy.com, and our Community discussion boards at http://community.flexispy.com. During this time Ticket Submissions and Live Chat calls will be unavailable. *All FlexiSPY LITE and OMNI account related services remain operational. You may still login to your FlexiSPY web account, and all installed software will continue to operate as normal on all Target devices, neither will any data be lost from either the Target phone or the server where your data resides. This upgrade to our Support Center only does not affect your regular FlexiSPY account services in any way. This upgrade to our Support Center will provide more reliable support service with better performance, as we continue upgrading our infrastructure to meet the growing demands of all customers.
