Does my target phone using an android os need rooted to have Flexispy light properly installed, or does this process only need done if I wish to install Flexispy omni?

I have read through the site but am still a little confused. Target and monitor phones are both Verizon Motorola Droid Pro. Is this software compatible with these Verizon phones? Will I have to root these phones to install?

Do you have software that will work with a Samsung Alias SCH-u740 or a Casio GzOne Boulder????
