  1. Same thing for java or any other phone: just use "Draft" messages saved on your phone. Same scheme. Cheers, Tudor.
  2. Actually, if you send a remote command for restarting target phone, then the phone will be restarted - doesn't matter if the SIM card is protected with a pin or not. That's why I think FlexiSPY is reading somehow (or bypassing) that pin code. Not sure, but I think is the same for phone pin.
  3. Talking about voice encryption hardware: there is an US based company (Las Vegas), called Meganet Corporation claiming that they are the single producers in the world for voice encryption hardware compatible with java phones, PDA's, land line phones and satelite phones. Well, if they are the single producers, then there is a big opportunity to come out with a brand new product. By the way: they are suppliers for DoD (Department of Defense) for some spy phones (looks ordinary java phones) with less features than FlexiSPY enabled phones... Please have a look on this commercial movie.
  4. @Ian: Target phone is Nokia E52. @Christian: I know about remote command, but it can be sent only from monitor number, and that number is blocked somehow on the target phone. Unfortunately on FlexiSpy Control app is not available yet this command, so you can keep it in mind for the next update. Making available this remote command for FlexiSpy Control, will be easy to avoid this situations because this command can be sent from any other phone number, not only from that predefined number. Probably that sms and call filter is working on the same path as FlexiSPY (same level?), because I think any messages or calls from a blocked phone number are just rejected, they don't show up in the messages box, and probably they are not even automatically deleted, they are just rejected. Are this type of apps included on "incompatible applications" list? Should be disabled by FlexiSPY? Thanks for helping me. Cheers, Tudor.
  5. Hey Nuno. Any encrypted communication (via gprs, gsm, etc.) needs to be... decrypted on the corespondent device. If not, there is no reason to use just one encryption device. So, you will need at least two encryption devices. I have to admit that software based encryption solutions are limited to a few phone types. But let's think: this is not that kind of device needed (and used) by masses. Interested or potential costumers/users are coming from few social categories. So, who is using already a smartphone (usually expensive) then is not a problem buying a device/software for encryption. I'm running myself an forum about intelligence, spy-tech, gsm, cdma, Thuraya proffesional interception, encryption and decryption, how to detect and avoid professional gsm interceptors, spy news, etc. Unfortunately is not in english language, but you can use Google Translate. Just recently I've started few posts on english (spy news mainly). If you are interested, I'll send you a link. Cheers, Tudor.
  6. Hi Nuno. Please PM me. There is a chance... By the way: did you heard of that Nokia "replica"?
  7. I'm afraid that on the target phone is running an app. like BlackBaller or another call management utility. Some of this options are already embedded on OS (like call restrictions, call barring, Closed user group, etc.) and others are coming like native call and sms filter apps. Any calls and sms commands sent from the monitor phone are rejected by the target phone. Using FCTL is not an option because there is no command to change monitor phone number. There is any chance to remotely change the target phone number?
  8. Hi. One of my users is having a problem: by some reasons the monitor number has been added on target phone blacklist. Now, he can not send any sms commands, or place a spy call. All he wants is to change the monitor number by remote commands, there is no more physical access to target phone. Any suggestions? Cheers, Tudor.
  9. If the carrier will split the text message in chunks, then the received parts will be the same. Now, depends on the both phones, if the message will be displayed as an single message or as one. For example, usually the sms diagnostic message sent by FlexiSPY ProX consist in a single txt message, but on my monitor phone are arriving two separate text messages. After the last message is arrived (+/- 1-2 sec.) than monitor phone is recomposing both messages in a single one text message. I think this is carrier and phone dependent, I mean depends on sms maximum vector size and phone specs. Cheers, Tudor.
  10. Out on the market is an app called Phone Backup. I am pretty sure that the app is signed with a dev.cert., because on the installation process is popping up a warning message: "Application is for development use only. Continuing installation may cause serious problems to your device. Continue?" As far as I know, is not legal to distribute (sell) an app signed with an dev. cert. Actually I have contacted symbiansigned.com (I am registered user on developer.symbian.org forum)and they reply to me: " It is against our legal Terms and Conditions to distribute applications using developer certificates. Can you let us know where you purchased the software from? You should not install any untrusted applications like this to your phone." Even L.T., an Chief Engineer at Nokia in Finland (Senior Technology Expert at Nokia, Accredited Symbian Developer and S60 Accredited Developer) reply to me: "Definitely against Symbian Signed's terms and conditions." This is the site selling that app.: call-spy.com I did some inquiry about Dimans Ltd. (Companies House Agency 2404 Palisade Aveunstarred, London WC1B 3XD United Kingdom Phone: +44 303-253-0500 Fax: +44 303-253-050). Guess what: there is no company registered with this name in UK. Not even an offshore company. Strings are leading to some guy located in my country... I might be wrong, but apparently this is an unbranded version of Mobile-Spy app. (Internet version), dedicated probably for resellers. Please have a look on both GUI (similarities are more than obviously): So, in this case, Retina-X Studios are in trouble because they are selling a dev.cert. signed app.? I did some testing on boths app.: 1. Are not invisible at all on the target phone: can be easily spotted in Mngr.App list, and its visible as well if the target phone is connected to Nokia PC Suite. Go to Manager app. folder > INSTAPP text folder > view all installed apps, including that "stealth" Phone Backup. 2. Internet version is using just one APN (you have to configure that on target phone, on installation process), so if the target phone user is changing the sim-card issued by another carrier, than no more reports on web account. Pretty sad... 3. Absolutely curious, but this app have no "uninstall" option. How do they pass symbian testing criteria? 4. No remote commands. Once installed on the target phone, this app. can not be disabled if you don't have direct access to the target phone. No chance for "install and forget". 5. For sms forarding version: if target phone is running out of credit, app. is useless. Moreover, after 10-14 days (depends on traffic, if the target phone is receiving sms and phone calls), app. will be disabled by the OS because the internal memory will be on maximum load capacity. This is a screenshot of Mobile Backup web account: Can someone confirm that Phone Backup is a Retina-X product?
  11. Calling Secret Control Panel on Nokia N97 and N97 mini: *#activationkey > green call button > wait 10 seconds. Tested by me.
  12. Good to know. Thanks a lot M. Cheers, Tudor.
  13. Few years ago I heard about a J2ME app. working like this: on active mode, when someone is calling, the app.keep ringing on caller side (caller can not detect that is a generated tone by the phone, not by network) but on the device side actually the call is answered and you can hear what (if) someone is talking on the caller side (reverse spy call - sort of speaking) and eventually you can find out who's calling you. This can be useful for that annoying "private number" calls. Many users are asking me how to get the phone number when someone is calling with private number. I know that's not possible (gsm network is not sending caller ID on a "private number" call) but this can be a way to find out who's calling you. On Symbian OS, I think you can use native recorder to record that ringing tone and use it on active state of the app. If this is possible on java, I think will be possible on Symbian and other OS as well. 2nd: I know that on Symbian OS its possible - once app is installed - to disable phone keys, whatever you want. E.g, I remember that I used anti theft app. with this feature. In case phone is steal, by sending a SMS command the alarm will ring and the thief can not type *#7370# for hard reset. I'm thinking of this feature because it can be useful when the target phone user is trying to wipe out phone memory. Obviously, disabling *# keys is not an option, but maybe you can disable just the path *#7370#. Cheers, Tudor.
  14. Avia, Because that's a new phone, the only APN (Internet Access Point Name) defined on phone APN list is that WLAN from your place, because ProX downloading and activation was trough that APN. And that's why all captured data are transmitted only when the target phone is on defined WLAN range. If no other APN are defined, then captured data will be sent like this. The good: no costs are generated. The bad: you can not get data in real time or at least close to real time. Please note that if you did activate GPS data capture like every five or ten minutes, then is pretty possible that Symbian OS will shot down running applications (including ProX) due to lack of internal memory. You should activate Internet connection on that sim-card. I don't know how can you do it in your country, but I think a simple call to costumer service and asking for Internet connection is just fine. In my country all you have to do (in case its not activated by default) is calling costumer service, and in short time you will receive one to three (depending on carrier) sms, containing APN names. If you save that sms like implicit settings, all its done. If you can not do that, you have a second way, in case your own sim-card is issued by the same carrier like the one used on the target phone: you can activate Internet on your sim-card, and then when on the right time (you know what I mean) just insert your sim card on the target phone, for about few minutes. Try to access any web page on Internet. If that's working, then you're done. To make sure, go to Menu > Settings > Connections > Access Point Name and check up if there are more then one APN's. If so, that's fine. Please note that you need to ask your carrier for http Internet connection, not WAP or MMS, otherwise is not working. Third way: call your carrier and ask for Internet connection manual settings. Its not so difficult, you have to type manually APN and other things (depending on carrier). I always advice users, before handing over the target phone - but post ProX installation - to make sure that on target phone APN list are listed all major carriers APN's from their country. This can be done manually (as I explained before) or really quickly, by swapping different sim-cards (from major carriers) on target phone. Doing like this, on target phone will be a complete APN list, from all carriers. So, no matter what kind on sim-card will be placed on target phone, as long are defined all APN's. You don't have to thanks me Avia. All I know is coming from FlexiSPY knowledge database, from their outstanding costumer service and just a bit from my own experience (I'm running a pretty similar forum, myself). People like Christian, Ian, Architect, Sabrena (sorry if I forgot somebody) are here to help us. And they are doing this not only in a professional way, but friendly too. Behind them are some other great guys: coders, engineers, beta testers. Without them all, no secrets to reveal, no calls to listen, no truth to find, no peace of mind (and no money to make - but this is just for me, he he...) By the way: I always wanted to know more about you FlexiPSY guys. Not only costumer support team, but coders, engineers, etc. I have loads of question to ask because I'm such a curious guy... What about sharing Facebook accounts? Do you think this is a good idea? Cheers, Tudor.
  15. On Symbian devices, when I'm installing ProX, usually I do not restart the phone. Installation process is working without restarting the phone before activation. Once you activate ProX and finish all settings, you can restart the phone. This is for version 3.0 and above. Just follow on screen indications and dialog boxes: press every time on "yes", "ok" or "continue" button. You will end up on settings screen. Am I right, Christian? Cheers, Tudor. PS: thanks for the installation tip, Christian. Never tried that on a touch screen. I did try it on my old Nokia E51 just few minutes ago - not working. Is that working only for touch screen devices?
