  1. Hi Blondie, Not sure what your target device is. It is known that with Android L many features are not working reliable or not working at all like call recording. Wit regard to your question about calling the target phone from the monitoring phone I can recommend to use the SMS command instead the portal because there are regularly issues with the portal/target phone connectivity and the commands send from the portal do not reach the phone within a feasible time. First send SMS command to disable spy calls: <*#9><your-license-key><0><D> You will receive a confirmation SMS that spy call is disabled. Now you can call your target phone. Once finished you can enable it back again with the command <*#9><your-license-key><1><D> Hope this helps. Unfortunately, the poor support also a known issue which we all hope will be improved soon.
  2. Hi Ian, When can we expect a full compatible and with all features running version/release of the FlexiSpy software for Android L?
  3. Looks like the service is being shut down slowly, step by step. I cannot explain the current situation with another reason. Anyone who is intersested in their business and the customers would never provide such a bad service. No proactive information about planned downtimes, tickets are closed without any deeper investigations of reported issues and instead of telling the truth asking to restart the device, reinstall the software, switch on/off the functions not working, etc. Not sure how this business can be kept alive if the situation does not get considerably better to prevent costomers move to other competitors.
  4. Hi, I would like to suggest a new feature for remote device control. From time to time there are issues with the accuracy of the location information because the GPS on the target device is turned off. MySpy software has a feature to force GPS (turn on) when requesting the actual location information via the portal. I think a similar feature for the FlexiSpy software would be very useful in order to have always the accurate location information. Regards
  5. Hi Dragoon, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, dwongrading is no option for. So you are now using the same device with the older Android version. Basically, this means that the current version of Flexispy is not fully supporting Android 5.0.1 as announced everywhere. Regards
  6. Hi Dragoon, My experience is that from time to time the device cannot connect to the portal. You could try to send all SMS command in order to upload all available data. If the SW is working properly mo data will ne lost and uploaded once connection is established successfully. You will receive an error message if data cannot be uploaded. However, some features seem not to be working with Androi 5, like call recording. This is as least for my device Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Unfortunately, I have still not received any reaolution for this issue from the support team.
  7. Hi Dragoon, I would not recommend to purchase trhe software right now. Except you will be happy with limited features only. My own experience is that especially the call recording is not working (Samsung Android 5.0.1). Also the call interception notifications are not functioning reliable. Unfortunately, you do not get any useful feddback from the support team. I assume that the SW is not full supporting the current Android version.
  8. I am running the above mentioned device rooted in FULL mode. Unfortunately the phone is not recording any calls. Does anyone have any information/experience with this device? What I have done so far: - Tested all four options audio recording options - Switched recording on/off via portal to refresh the connection - Reinstalled the SW All the other features work quite fine on this device with the known server issues everybody is suffering from currently. It would be great if you could share your experience as I do not get sufficient support from the FlexiSpy support team.
