I have the same problem since yesterday....!!! Please help....!!! I have the target phone in my hands and there is no other problem, like internet or update....

Mine is an android, rooted, Samsung, and dashboard is dead 0....!!! My problems have started at the end of December 2014, and the dashboard stopped at the 4th January. After the 4th of January it was giving me one report every 2 days (with calls & sms only), but now has stopped even that. It is totally dead. I only receive incoming/outgoing call reports to my phone by sms. I haven't updated so this is not the cause. It is active and says that targetphone last connected today afternoon. It has internet for sure. SuperSU icon is now visible on target phone, so flexispy can't hide it anymore there....so it doesn't work anymore there. What about other people...??? Is your phone working ????

still the same with me.... only one report every 2 days.... what the others are doing..?? We are the only one with the problem..??

hello everyone, I have the same problem since 4th of January. I only receive reports on dashboard once every two days (only sms & calls, nothing else). I receive normanly the sms reports for the incoming/outcoming calls to my phone. I though it was the target phone's problem, because it says that is ''full of memory'', but maybe it is full because it has stopped giving reports. I don't know what to do. I am waiting. The target phone has internet connection, I haven't done the update (because I was afraid to block it), and I know for sure the user hasn't done anything. So..?? What about you ??? Tell me what is your status now. Have you solved your problem...???
