	Is it just me or is this an app issue whereby if I use flexiview on my Samsung S10, all audio e.g. Ambient recording, call recording play corectly through the speakers, bluetooth or even wired headphones.<br />

<p>
	However when using sound from the live features (all three of them) they are forced to play from the phones loud speaker and does not play on bluetooth or even wired headphones.

	Are there any server related issues. I have a android phone which i currently do not have physical access to gone offline. There is definitely internet access to it. The portal does not connect to the device. Only when the device is restarted, the portal gains access to it however no commands are sent or events downloaded i.e. key logs, location, etc are blank. One thing I've noted is if i use the live features after a initial restart, it works until closed then stops working and requires are restart again.

	nothing on the phone has changed interme of updates and was working perfectly fine as of the last few days even with numerous restarts. any help would be greatly appreciated.

	On non-rooted Samsung S25, OS is 15. I manually Un-installed and re-installed the software. While still on the https portion(before entering in license key) it now has a pop-up that says something about screen recording/casting that says start or cancel. If you hit start it judt takes you through the rest of the installation steps. I am assuming that goes hand in hand with the Peek and Poke feature? As I have had the same thing for going on 4 years and have never seen that pop up. Once installation was completed on the target device, that same pop-up now will flash a quick pop up when you are about to open the screen,(way to fast to even try to screenshot or choose to cancel), after that when you open the screen it then has a pop up that says to choose what app to record/share. This is while having live screen sharing pulled up on another device. So my question is. Did I miss a step in regards to hiding this? Or is there a different way to hide it? It's not mentioned in the installation steps, or when reading about Peek and poke, and its not on the list of indicators that can or can't be hidden/suppressed. Is it something I can decline and still have the peek and poke work or is it required to choose to make that feature work?

	So i had clevguard on a samsung. Worked well until the user changed some settings on the phone. Think google play protect was activated or something like that. In the software it shows: ACCESSIBILITY  OFF. Go to Settings &gt; Accessibility &gt; System Update Service &gt; make sure it's on.

	Whatsapp is supported, however its sister app Whatsapp Business which is essentially the same application with just a few more functions isnt supported.

	Target can switch from whatsapp to whatsapp business and all of a sudden you dont get VOIP call recordings anymore and you dont get IMS anymore.<br />
	In this day and age in 2024 almost everyone starts a small company on the side to make some extra money so alot of people are switching to whatsapp business.
</p>

<p>
	Since its essentially the same application as whatsapp it shoulnt be too difficult to code in the feature to support whatsap business aswell.
</p>

	please start supporting whatsapp business aswell.
</p>

	I have used a few different apps including flexispy years ago and I'm most interested in ambient/surrounding listening and recording as well as camera remote viewing but I've found that on Android 14 that when these features are in use, the target device displays a green mic or camera in use indicator, which makes it detectable. I tried developer mode to disable sensors as well as disabling even possible from Google play protect and still the indicators made the apps detectable. And when I did root the device, they were no longer able to use streaming platforms like Netflix which caused them to get an entirely new phone.

	Is it possible to listen to or view the target device environment (even if u able to record) without indicators appearing and without rooting the device?
</p>

	These are the only features I must have.. please help

	<strong>I have had so many issues with information being synced over. I know accessibility is on. Appear on top is enabled on target phone but dashboard says its not. My biggest issue is not getting app screenshots and now call recording has no sound. I was able to get couple screenshots but has stopped working again. Call recording worked yesterday but is silent now. I have tried everything imaginable from disabling to enabling again, changing to different app for screenshot, restarting both phones, turning accessibility off and on again as well as with appears on top. Not sure what to do at this point.</strong>
