FlexiSPY News
At 04:00 PM GMT +7 on April 29th (04:00 AM USA CST), FlexiSPY will perform a planned migration to a more powerful server in a new data center. We expect this maintenance period to last between 2 to 4 hours. Customers may be unable to login to their web account during this time, and client connections will be unable to connect to the server when attempting to report data. However, all installed software will continue to operate as normal on client devices, and no data will be lost either from the phone or from the server. The client device will continue capturing data as normal, and will simply report all data as soon as a connection to the server has been restored. Non-reporting features will not be affected. This upgrade will provide more reliable service with better performance, as we continue upgrading our infrastructure to meet the growing demands of all customers. We do apologize for the short notice, as we felt it prudent to perform the migration during a time which would inconvenience the least number of customers as possible, as opposed to a weekend migration. Server connections will be back up and running as quickly as possible, although we ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
