VOIP Recording Not Working

VOIP Recording doesn't work. There are many entries in the VOIP Call logs but only two calls were actually recorded. I've tried reinstalling flexispy, downgrading the apps (Whatsapp and Messenger) and rejailbreaking. Nothing works. Very disappointing for very expensive software.
