Tried everything, and multiple tickets, changed recording sources, deactivated and reinstalled, disabled bixy, removed device care, and much more. Flexispy team response was well in order to keep it discreet, the recording stops working when a phone call is on, better to have something (ambient, messages..) than nothing. Also, private calls do not show un on the call long. So, why mislead customers to believe that you have call recording, and it captures all calls including private and unknown calls? There's no issue with ambient recording, but if a call comes in the middle of ambient recording, it will go blank until the phone call is over, then gets back to ambient recording. Like I said I've checked everything. And tried all the sources of recording, gave them time and still nothing. I remember a long time ago I used to bypass the issue of private calls not showing or recorded by typing the word private call on the watch list, and I can't even do that anymore because it only allows numbers, not letters. Freya Posted July 6, 2022 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2022 It's not only recording, it doesn't even show up in the call log. The target device line belongs to me, so I'm able to access to all records and I have the target device in my hands that's how I know there was a private call and see the duration. Private calls or unknown numbers (calls made with *67 to hide their phone number) do not show up on the flexipsy call logs, and call recording is still not working and no solution so far from flexispy team Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
