Ofinrt Posted March 14, 2022 Report Share Posted March 14, 2022 I've had FS extreme on target phone for almost a year now. It is a pixel 5 with Android 12. Up until today the ambient recordings work perfectly fine, and then they didn't start uploading to the server. When I manually enter ambient recording it says could not start due to another ambient recording in progress. Anybody seen this issue know any ways to correct it? Paulo FW Posted March 17, 2022 Report Share Posted March 17, 2022 Hi, For this kind of error, the usual reason is because the microphone is in used whenever you send a command for ambient. It could be a phone call, or any app that uses a microphone. If you've submitted a ticket regarding this issue, please send us the ticket ID so we can take a look at your account.
