Hi Guys,

          i have sent a command to the target device the command has been received by the client but not yet executed its been a long time i am sharing the screen shot as well what could be done in this matter please advice, what steps i should take

We've seen the ticket, and our support is also asking for the command that you are referring to. 

Will send them the screenshot and your concern. And they will respond to you as soon as possible.

They can't figure out what the issue is, it was because the playstore protect was enabled.

It is part of our installation guide that we must turn the notification of google protect 
as it can interfere with our software.

I fix the problem with restarting cible phone.

Hope it will work without bug now
