Abhi Posted October 25, 2021 Report Share Posted October 25, 2021 Hi, The device on which software was installed was disconnected. The sync services were turned off. As soon as I got physical access, I uninstalled sync services and installed back the software using the How to install guide. THe software got installed however, the license key gave an error saying "Key already in use with device xyz". Though I have not used license on any other device. The device came online momentarily so I thought that it was working, however device is again offline. Please resolve the issue. Additionally, while installing I got an error that software is an old version and probably not compatible. I had performed installation as the the how to guide on portal.
