Can someone help with this problem? Thanks This could be for a variety of reasons. Such as wrong Monitor number format, or the phone service does not have call waiting and/or conference calling enabled, or even that the conversation has been dropped at the time you called but the phone is still in use another way. This is something you should experiment with to see if it happens every time you attempt an Intercept Call, and if so please submit a Ticket through our Support Center.
