MM13 Posted September 27, 2021 Report Share Posted September 27, 2021 Since installing yesterday, the incoming calls are not showing up on the target device home screen when the phone rings and shows no way to answer the call when ringing. Target user has to look at phone log to see missed call and call back. How can this be corrected. Target device is a Galaxy S21 with Android OS 11. We have recently become aware that there is an intermittent issue with the s21 that requires a restart of the device to clear the problem you describe.
