Ims don't work

Capturing IM on non-root requires that a setting on the phone called "accessibility" be enabled. If this setting is disabled then the IM would stop capturing. Keylogger also uses the Accessibility feature. Because neither of these are working, I believe that accessibility is the issue.

In version 4.11.3 of FlexiSPY for Android normal mode, we added the ability to see whether or not accessibility is enabled. Currently you have version 4.10.3 installed so we cannot know from there.

That said, we have requested the debug log for your device, and will have one of our developers look into it to see if we can find any errors
