FlexiSpy Call Recording on Android 10 Not Working

I have Flexispy installed on samsung galaxy M31 (unrooted) android pie 10 version. I have enabled call recording option and I am receiving recorded files on dashboard but problem is these files (.AMR extension) does not have any sound in it. It plays for whatever call duration but no voice from both the sides. 

I checked all the audio recording source options one by one and tried call recording by calling on target phone but it did not worked on any source. 

I played all these downloaded files on different different media players including vlc player but still I could not hear anything. 

 

Can someone please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

I have exactly the same issue - contacted support team but yet to get a proper solution. Anyone could help please ?

I was told dual sim card phones cannot record both sides of a conversation. I have a rooted s9 with extreme package and can only get one side of call recordings. I thought only operating systems under 9 could record calls but I may be mistaken. Good luck

Same problem with the Samsng Galaxy A31 bought from them.
I hope that the assistance finds the solution. It's frustrating to have a phone bought from them, have FlexySpy installed by them, and now CallRecording doesn't work both sides of a conversation! 😤

If they don't find the solution, I will ask for a refund or replacement .. but I hope the assistance is effective in solving my problem.
I will keep you updated on developments here.

Yep, same issue here with the Samsung Galaxy A51 (not rooted).  All features work with the exception of Call Recording.   So frustrating! 

Anybody have any updates or solutions for this?

I had the same problem with my Galaxy A51 un-rooted. Problem was fixed when I set Audio Recording Source on Aosp. Try it and see maybe that will work for you as well!
