SYNCED time in DASHBOARD and DEVICE SETTINGS LAST UPDATED time in MANAGE ACCOUNT do not match, and RESYNC in DASHBOARD does not update. In this situation, if you attempt AMBIENT or REMCAM, you will be moved to PENDING COMMANDS and the task will remain in the next row of TROUBLESHOOTING GET LASTEST PRODUCT SETTINGS and will not be executed immediately. The instrument has been turned off and off several times, and sometimes when there is no TROUBLESHOOTING in PENDING COMMANDS, each command is commanded to perform. But it's not immediate.
