Ata Loss Posted July 25, 2020 Report Share Posted July 25, 2020 Has anyone been having issues with Download Manager? I have been unable to download files as new as April 10th for a few months now. I was hoping that it would be eventually fixed over time but I am still having issues. In addition, does support exist anymore? I submitted a ticket a week ago and still no response? AngelEyes Posted July 25, 2020 Report Share Posted July 25, 2020 Yes it has been going on since late March early April with no resolve No answers from customer support that is of any help Still the server seems to not be working as well as other functions They added servers, ISP provider change and memory and all of it has been a mess since then.
