Use the Peer-To-Peer customer only support forum, or submit a Ticket from our Support Center. The service is up and running fine, in fact the SpyCall is a normal phone call you make from your predefined Monitor number which has nothing to do with the server at all. It sounds like this will be related to something on the Target phone itself, and you will want to submit a support Ticket for further help. PS - you can always check the current support schedule from the link at the Support Center, under the Latest News box at the right.
