I never saw anywhere on Website where it said phone had to be rooted, l was using OS 09 before update, things were fine, l had to pay for reinstallation, When will this issue get fixed, l would like to be able to use all features, at this time I can not, what makes my phone incompatible with your software, l have an LgV50 thinQ...and it's non rooted? No answers They say they are working on it and are aware but the virus keeps them from working much on it. There are lots of angry people It was new servers, ISP and memory that caused all this.
