AngelEyes Posted April 24, 2020 Report Share Posted April 24, 2020 when you choose the REMVID it sends to device however the get video now button is not lit up to hit and send the command It just says that you will get it in the amt of time that you requested Other commands not working either Only the scheduled ones. Felix Posted April 24, 2020 Report Share Posted April 24, 2020 Same here. I have an email from support saying to make sure phone was not in use while I send the commands!! I tried during the night knowing the phone was on, connected to the internet and not in issue, send several commands for remcam, remvideo and ambient recording, all of them show in my portal as delivery successful but nothing come back from the target phone. Very frustrating since the membership still running as normal and the software it working as it should be. Note. Schedule reports still arriving as normal, the only problem is with the push commands!!
