However after emailing customer service I was informed unless phone was powered on in some special way 3 buttons simultaneously flexispy wouldn't operate properly. Just wondering of anyone has a s10 with extreme package and what will a won't work. No since paying for services that won't function properly. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Architect Posted March 13, 2020 Report Share Posted March 13, 2020 Assuming that you are running Android 10, you have two choices of feature sets. BASIC and ADVANCED. If all you want are BASIC features, you do not need the Special Key Combo and you can start the device as normal. If you use Android 10, you need to use our installation service if you want maximum invisibility, If you want ADVANCED features, you need to root the device and you call all advanced features except Spycall, Call Intercept and Call recording, altjough the latter is coming soon.
