texacali Posted September 17, 2025 Posted September 17, 2025 I haven't been able to use the FlexiVIEW app because every time I try to log in it tells me it's unable to connect to the server. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times. I have no issues logging into the online portal. Any suggestions?

Hi there! @texacali Could you please confirm whether you are using FlexiVIEW on an Android or iOS device? We’ve checked on our end and are able to access FlexiVIEW successfully. Sometimes the error 'unable to connect to the server' is due to network connections cause issues, so please try using another Wi-Fi, a hotspot, or a VPN and see if that helps.
