frankpowell Posted April 4, 2025 Posted April 4, 2025 Hello, I subscribed to the premium version of FlexiSPY and followed the recommended tutorial. The software installation reaches about 90%, pauses briefly, then shows 100% complete before rolling back and displaying an error message (see image). I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but it still doesn't work. I submitted a ticket to FlexiSPY support, but based on other comments, I might not get a quick response. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Could you please provide us the ticket number so we can check the status? Additionally, may we ask and confirm if you've recently purchased a premium subscription? If so, your new premium subscription should include a complimentary one-time Installation Service, where you can reach out to our Install Team to get assistance with installing the software here.
