Ambient recording

My target uses the microphone to text..  if I have ambeint recoding on the mic does not work for texting...  while I'm recording..   Work around for this issue?

Hi Rick,

Because our software commands the microphone to record ambient sound, it isn't possible for another program to access and use the microphone at the same time. However, it's important to note that if a recording is stopped because another application uses the mic, what was recorded before interruption will still be uploaded to your online user portal.
