mapleshilc Posted September 10, 2017 Report Share Posted September 10, 2017 Rooted android is there a way for remcam to choose which camera it uses? front/back? because i took 6 shots, and 1 of them is the front facing camera, and the other 5 are back. Also has anyone had the problem of IM records disappearing? I was still reading some a few hours ago, and I relogged in and everything under IM disappeared. Link to comment

When the RemCam command is sent, it attempts to take two snapshots - one with the front camera and one with the rear camera. This is to: 1) Give a full view of the target's surroundings And/Or 2) Ensure that if one camera does not work that the other likely will. If one worked but another did not, it could be another app is using the camera or blocking access to it in some way. For more specific information regarding the target phone in your particular case, I recommend submitting a support ticket at support.flexispy.com. With regard to your question about IM records - for security purposes FlexiSPY removes data older than 90 days.
