Thanks for the offer, but we have a team on it at the moment. We are migrating to a primary server with 8x the memory capacity of the current one. This was supposed to be trouble free and seamless, but, even with our best planning, gremlins got into the mix. The core problem is that migrations take a long time, because customers dont download and delete their data, making the database sizes immense. Any small mistake is multiplied by the size of the database, meaning periods of unstability longer than we would like. In the interests of security as well as performance, its always a good idea to clear your data as soon as you can. Another couple of hours and it should be complete though.
