We are currently working on fixing the server issues we are experiencing at this time. Whilst we are fixing these issues customers may experience a temporary loss of service when they log in to their web account. The symptoms of this problem are that the customer cannot log in to their web account and recieve a message saying that their log-in credentials are incorrect. Please do not be alarmed. We are aware of this problem and we are working on fixing it as quickly as we can and we simply inform our customers to keep trying to log in every hour until it has been resolved.
