ksander9228 Posted April 12, 2017 Report Share Posted April 12, 2017 I have been having problems with the ambient recording feature. My target phone (unrooted Droid Razr) ran an update to the Android system and since that time the ambient recordings do not work properly. I restart the target phone and it will start recording again, but only for a short period of time, then it completely stops, until I am able to restart it again. The phone IS CONNECTING to the internet as all of the other features are updating. I have tried to get help from support, but they have told me everything is working. If anyone has any ideas or help I would certainly appreciate it. Thank you Link to comment
