Spysa Posted May 7, 2015 Report Share Posted May 7, 2015 I am running the above mentioned device rooted in FULL mode. Unfortunately the phone is not recording any calls. Does anyone have any information/experience with this device? What I have done so far: - Tested all four options audio recording options - Switched recording on/off via portal to refresh the connection - Reinstalled the SW All the other features work quite fine on this device with the known server issues everybody is suffering from currently. It would be great if you could share your experience as I do not get sufficient support from the FlexiSpy support team. Link to comment
Guest Ian Posted May 14, 2015 Report Share Posted May 14, 2015 Call recording files should still appear inside your online portal if it is not successful - the file size will be 44 bytes. Do you see those inside your account? If so, and if you have tried all input sources and none improve the call recording performance please contact our support team and we will work with you in terms of some sort of reimbursement for feature not working.
