blinks Posted February 20, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 20, 2015 tks Ian .. i did but was advised that the server was running slow ... but this seem to be the norm these last few days .. i'm using chrome .. internet speed is 22mbps ... and i is the portal the only way in ... btw ... it doing the same thing all now .. and it seem to be only doing it on ims with me ,the dashboard loads fine Link to comment
Guest Ian Posted February 23, 2015 Report Share Posted February 23, 2015 It may be occurring for IM's only if you have a lot of data stored there so it takes a long time to load it all. If possible try deleting old IM chats you no longer wish to keep to see if that helps improve dashboard performance. Link to comment
