I am sorry to hear that you are having issues.  Please contact FlexiSPY support by submitting a support ticket or through Livechat.  I cannot provide direct support via this forum as it is not secure and the data is not retained for future reference.  Unfortunately the software subscription time starts from the moment of purchase, not from the time of activation on the TARGET device.
