Our Livechat is available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (except Sundays) to assist you with any technical issues you may be having.  Alternatively you may submit a support ticket to us at http://support.flexispy.com and we will try to answer back within the hour (however for technical issues it may take up to 24 hours for a response).

Hello.

The Livechat button should appear in the left hand corner of our main website and you can also access Livechat through http://support.flexispy.com. Are you saying you do not see the Livechat icon?  If that is the case, can you give us more information about the device you are using to try to contact us via Livechat (make, model, OS) so we can look in to this further and resolve it?

Live chat always offline...

 

Can you give us times (in your country) as well as screenshots showing the Livechat offline please so I can investigate this.  Livechat should only ever be set to ONLINE (all staff online), AWAY (all staff online but busy with customers) with OFFLINE only being for when we are actually offline such as Sundays when no support is currently provided.
