Guest Ian
Hello. At this time that is correct, Android OS 2.2 update 1 - 4.2.2 is supported for our Android software however, certain phones running OS 4.2.2, such as the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S4 are currently experiencing issues with our software. They are still being tested and so those two handsets alone are deemed officially not supported at this time. Link to comment
office1z
A few questions: 1. Is Android 4.4.3 supported? 2. Is the Nexus 5 supported? 3. How well does the Nexus 5 function as a target phone? 4. What are the top 4 phones for use with the software in order from best to worst? Please explain why? Thank you. Link to comment
Guest Ian
Hello. 1 - We now support Android OS up to and including 5.0.1 but no higher. 2 - As long as the device is running a compatible OS version and you can root it for root features and the software then runs in FULL mode then you should get full root features on that compatible device. 3 - See above. 4 - Our software is OS specific and not device specific so we don't really have such a list. As long as the TARGET device meets our requirements and can run in FULL mode when rooted for all features then it should be fine. Please understand that simply rooting the Android TARGET device does not guarantee any or all root features will work. it is on a per device basis and sadly we cannot test them all. This page here should give you more information: http://www.spyphonereview.com/spy-phone-review-root-android/ Link to comment
